Dedicated pension portal is available to each Pensioner to access documents, raise and track grievance/ service request, annual identification, saving declaration etc.
SPARSH excels in transforming an otherwise complex process into simple one wherein all pension related services can be availed by defence pensioners at their doorsteps via portal, mobile app, service centre or call centre.
